Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Workshops at Arte Vanilla B.V. are booked for a specific date and time. Because workshops are leisure activities provided on a specific date, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to workshop bookings.

Rescheduling your booking

You may reschedule your booking to another available workshop date by contacting us at least 72 hours before the start of your workshop.

Please contact us at info@artevanilla.nl and include your name and booking details.

Bookings cannot be cancelled for a refund, but where possible we are happy to help you move your booking to another available workshop date.

Requests received less than 72 hours before the workshop cannot be rescheduled.

No-shows

If you do not attend the workshop and have not rescheduled your booking in time, the booking is considered a no-show and no refund or replacement workshop will be provided.

Cancellation by Arte Vanilla

Our workshops require a minimum number of participants.

If the minimum number is not reached, Arte Vanilla may cancel or reschedule the workshop. We will always try to offer you a suitable alternative workshop date first.

If no suitable alternative can be agreed, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.

Refunds will be processed as soon as possible and no later than 7 working days after the originally scheduled workshop date.

Arte Vanilla may also cancel a workshop in exceptional circumstances that make it impossible or unsafe to provide the workshop. In this case, the same rescheduling and refund conditions apply.
